These terms apply to use of venturestaffsolutions.com and enquiries made through the website. Specific written service agreements govern commissioned services and prevail for their agreed scope.
1. Recruitment services
Venture Staff Solutions supports candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and staffing enquiries. Submitting a CV or enquiry does not establish employment or guarantee an interview, offer, salary, visa or placement. Employers make their own selection decisions, and availability and job requirements may change.
2. Candidate fees and optional services
We do not charge candidates registration, interview, recruitment or placement fees. Optional services such as resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation and interview coaching are separate from recruitment and do not improve or guarantee selection. Before purchasing an optional service, obtain written confirmation of scope, fees, applicable taxes, delivery, revisions and cancellation/refund terms. No blanket “no refund” rule is created by these website terms, and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Information you provide
Provide accurate, current information and submit only documents you are authorised to share. Do not impersonate another person, upload malicious files, provide false credentials or include unnecessary sensitive information. Employers must provide lawful, accurate job requirements and have authority to share candidate information.
4. Employer engagements
Placement fees, staffing arrangements, payroll responsibilities, replacement terms, assessment scope and other commercial obligations must be agreed separately in writing. Website descriptions are an invitation to discuss services, rather than a promise that every service is available for every requirement.
5. Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. Application consent covers the stated recruitment purposes; it is not a waiver of privacy rights. Contact us to correct an application, request deletion or stop recruitment communication.
6. Website use and intellectual property
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, harvest candidate details or misuse website content. Website branding and original materials belong to their respective owners. Candidates retain rights in their own submitted documents and permit use only as needed for the recruitment or professional service they request.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and current, but website access, listings and external links may be interrupted or contain errors. Verify material job terms directly with the recruitment team and employer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory statutory rights.
8. Concerns, changes and governing law
Please contact us first about a service or website concern. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of competent courts or statutory bodies. Updated terms apply prospectively from their published date; changes to an existing paid engagement require the applicable agreement and law to be respected.
